The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman // This book is incredible. It talks about the different ways couples communicate love to each other—words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, acts of service, and physical touch. If you’re feeling a separation from your partner, pick up this book and read it!

Culver City Bus // I’m back on the bus today and tomorrow. My Mini mechanic is way out in Sun Valley (about 30 miles from my house), so even though my car was fixed at 11am this morning, I won’t be able to pick it up until tomorrow evening. But the Culver City bus is awesome. It’s only $1 a ride and drops me off about .5 miles from my office, so I get in a lovely morning walk. If you’re ever over on the west side and don’t want to deal with the crazy beach parking, I highly recommend hopping on the bus. (Map image).
