(Guest Post) Tea for Two with a Twist: Citrus + Rosemary Iced Tea

A big hello to Love Creative readers and a big thankyou to Amanda for having me.  Amanda’s blog has become a favourite read of mine in recent weeks since connecting through the BYW e-course.

I am really excited to be over here guest posting from Wholepromise where I share the way I live, cook and eat to keep up with the demands of motherhood and life as a woman generally.  Professionally I am a Fertility Nurse and Health Counsellor so the food and recipes I focus on tend to have a woman’s health and wellbeing in mind.

Today I would like to share a Green Iced Tea recipe laced with Citrus and Rosemary that will energize and refresh all in one as the mercury rises throughout the summer months.  It can get pretty hot in Australia where I live and sometimes you can only drink so much plain tap water before you are reaching for something more refreshing and tasty like this.  It is super easy and would be a nice addition to a late afternoon lunch but no matter how you choose to share it (or not), feel free to make it your own.  Add extra orange or rosemary to intensify the flavour or adjust the sweetness to your liking to counteract the addition of ice if need be.

I hope you enjoy.
